Andrew Snead

Founder and CEO of NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER

Andrew is a highly passionate telecommunications and tech professional with over 28 years of global experience, having worked in the US, Europe, Asia and MEA. Prior to starting NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER, Andrew spent many years working with investors, CEOs, and management teams to acquire, launch, grow, and transform infrastructure and tech assets.

Andrew has a strong passion for innovation and technology and is currently an advisory board member of the 5G Open Innovation Lab (an enterprise application innovation ecosystem sponsored by Microsoft, Intel, Dell, AT&T and others), Arrcus (a SoftBank-backed disruptive network software platform), A5G and Hiya (a voice security SaaS company).

Michael Armstrong

SVP of Operations, NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER

Michael is a seasoned telecommunications and technology professional with over two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER, he led numerous operations teams and transformation initiatives for industry giants AT&T and Lumen Technologies.

As the Senior Vice President of Operations at NOVOS FiBER, Michael spearheads the company’s mission to revolutionize high-speed internet services through its dedicated fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network. Michael’s strategic vision, unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to navigate complex environments have positioned NOVOS FiBER to improve the lives of our customers by providing high-speed, reliable internet.

Michael believes that true leadership is about empowering others, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where every team member can thrive. His approach centers on transparency, active listening, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. By championing innovation and valuing diverse perspectives, Michael cultivates a culture of trust, accountability, and shared success.

George Karatzis

Chief Build and Operations Officer for PRIME FiBER

George is a growth-minded business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. George has been a difference-maker throughout his career, building winning organizations and delivering exceptional results.

George's leadership journey includes a diverse range of wireline and wireless engineering and operations roles. At Verizon Communications, he held a variety of technical leadership roles and most recently spearheaded the deployment of access network infrastructure plans for Verizon's 5G wireless transformation and fiber optic network deployment for wireless towers, residential, broadband, and business services.

As an advisory board member for the DENCO Area 9-1-1 District, George is passionate about the role of technology in improving people's lives.

Rob Johnson

CTO of NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER

Rob has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in nearly every aspect of the business from the largest providers down to multiple startups that he helped found and fund. As the CTO at both PRIME FiBER and NOVOS FiBER, Rob oversees all technical aspects of the business, including the active networks, the back office systems, and everything in between. He is a value-focused executive that leverages technology to advance and accelerate business operations.

Prior to his current positions, Rob founded LiveOak Fiber, where he served as the Chief Development Officer, developing it all the way from conception through business planning and funding, designing and constructing the initial network, and closing their first acquisition. He has also founded several other startup businesses and raised venture capital, private equity, family office, and grant money for them.

Rob has been awarded several US and International patents and holds a BSEE and an MSEE from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jarrod Watson

CFO of Operations, NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER

Jarrod brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting to his roles as Chief Financial Officer for both PRIME FiBER and NOVOS FiBER, where he oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, regulatory, and HR.

Prior to his current positions, Jarrod served as CFO and Treasurer for ADDvantage Technologies Group, a telecommunications infrastructure company. He also developed his entrepreneurial spirit by founding, funding, running, and eventually selling an alternative power business.

Jarrod holds a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.
